The package will include the main console, Joy-Con (L) and Joy-Con (R) Controllers, a Joy-Con Grip (to which two Joy-Con are attached and used as one controller), a set of Joy-Con wrist straps, a Nintendo Switch Dock (which holds the main console and connects it to a TV), a HDMI cable and an AC adapter.
You no longer have to stop your gaming when you leave the house, because now you can just take your console with you!
Nintendo's latest flagship offering boasts 3 gaming modes. In the first mode you can play it on your TV just like an ordinary console, using the controllers to play alone or with friends on a range of top class games that bear Nintendo's tried and trusted seal of quality.
Mode number two lets you play tabletop. Just prop the console anywhere and use its built in screen and detachable Joy-Con controllers to have fun on any flat surface either at home or on the move. The third mode is a traditional handheld experience. Just hold it like you would a phone or a Game Boy, view the games on the screen and work the buttons in handheld mode.
This console has motion controls just like the ones pioneered by the iconic Nintendo Wii. Attach the Joy-Con straps and slip the straps onto your wrists to enjoy the Joy-Con’s motion controls. If you hold the Joy-Con sideways, you can also access the SL/SR Buttons with ease. The HD rumble function included in the Joy-Con can give you a sense of 'touch' too, creating an immersive gameplay experience that isn’t possible with images and sounds alone.
The IR Motion Camera in Joy-Con can detect the shape, movement and distance of objects captured by the camera. For example, it can recognise the shape of players’ hands, such as when you make a rock, paper or scissors. With this feature, there are more gameplay options than ever.
It's also great for multiplayer fun. Just sync together up to eight Nintendo Switch consoles (sold separately) to play competitive and co-operative multiplayer games.
