This eoutlet.co.uk parcel service is for companies and individuals based in Technology House, Lissadel Street, Salford, Manchester, M6 6AP. We will ship your parcel using our Yodel account (formerly DHL). Upon booking you will receive a tracking number so you can track you parcels. Parcels that cannot be delivered will come back to us and parcels fees for undelivered parcels will not be refunded. Any claims for losses will be dependent entirely on Yodel’s discretion. We will obviously assist you in any claim for a loss parcel. Claims are limited to a maximum of £100. We offer the following services
Home - Express 5.99 + VAT Next working day delivery to a residential address. 3 delivery attempts in total on consecutive days. Extended delivery hours 7.30AM - 9PM. Non guaranteed but currently enjoying a 98%+ success rate. Goods insurance value up to £100.
Business - Express 5.99 + VAT Next working day delivery to a business address. 1 delivery attempt within standard office hours. Non guaranteed but currently enjoying a 98%+ success rate. Goods insurance value up to £100.
Business - Economy (NI) 8.99 + VAT 2-3 working days delivery to a business address in Northern Ireland. 1 delivery attempt within standard office hours. Non guaranteed. Goods insurance value up to £100.
Highlands & Islands 8.99 + VAT 2-3 working day delivery to an address in the North of Scotland or off shore isle. 1 delivery attempt within standard office hours. Non guaranteed. Goods insurance value up to £100. Does not include the Channel Isles or The Republic of Ireland.
Size and Weight Restrictions Maximum length is 1.5m. Maximum volume is 0.22 cubic meters (60cmx60cmx60cm). Maximum weight is 26KG.
Procedures Book the parcel using the online form. Once the label has been printed we will place the label in your pigeon hole and email you that the label is ready. Please attach the label to the parcel and leave it in the secure area at reception before 3.15 pm. The parcels will then be collected by Yodel.
