I also had the same issue as mentioned in other reviews where turning your head causes the earphones to be pulled out of your ears. However, i did find a solution. The cord at the back of the lanyard is detachable so if you detach it, tie a couple of knots in the cord and re-attach it lifts the point where the earphone leads attach to the lanyard and it solves the problem. Still an embaressing design flaw. Otherwise, excellent sound quality and comfortable in the ears so am happy with my purchase.
