I do not have a PayPal account can i still buy the item?
We accept various methods of payment: Paypal(prefered), Credit Card, Cheques, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer and International Bank Transfer.

Who do i make the cheque payable to and what address do i send it do?
Please make the cheque paypal to Inspire Tech UK LTD and send it to Inspire Tech UK LTD, Technology House, Lissadel Street, Salford, manchester, M6 6AP.

Need to return an item?

    As per distance selling regulations, please email us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return your item as unwanted for a refund. Once you have received returns authorisation, the unwanted item must be returned to us within 7 days.
    Items that are unwanted or ordered incorrectly must be returned in the same condition they were received in with the original packaging and all parts. The buyer will then receive a full refund but they must cover return postage costs.
    All items come with a 12 month warranty; however, for some items the customer will have to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement and others we will replace. We will advise which is applicable.
    For all returns authorisations please contact us via ebay messaging and state the reason for return. If you do not get a reply within 48 hours (Monday Saturday 9am-5pm) then please call us on 0161 278 2454.
    For international customers please be aware if your item becomes faulty and you require us to replace the item, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, we cannot reimburse return postage costs. However we will send out the replacement at our cost.

I have not recieved my product?
There are a number of reasons for this:

    Delays in the post: Most of our items are sent by RoyalMail Tracked, however this is not a guaranteed delivery service. 90% of the time customers will receive there delivery within 3 days, however in a few cases delivery can take longer. Royal Mail only classes an item lost after 15 working days (21 days for International orders). Please note that we are unable to refund lost items due to the risk of fraudulent claims, however we will send you a replacement item instead.
    Royal Mail attempted to deliver but did not leave a card: Please use your tracking number (if applicable) on the royal mail website www.royalmail.com, to see where your package is.
    Payment is pending with paypal. If you pay for your item using Paypal and the source of funds is bank account the payment is not instant and it takes 7 days to clear, we cannot send item out until payment is received in full. If you have a credit card, we can cancel the payment and you can repay for the item using paypal with source of funds as Credit card, in this way the payment will be instant.

Do you offer discount for quantity purchases?

Your prices are two expensive?
If you think our prices are too expensive please email sales@inspire-tech.net us with your offer, however please do not email us with silly offers. If your offer is sucessfull we will send you an email, Please note this has to be done prior to purchase once you have commited to buy this is a contract and you must pay for the item.

Can you provide a VAT receipt?
Yes a VAT reciept will be included with your purchase
